📦 Order Processing

 

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
  • If there’s a delay (e.g. due to stock or public holidays), we’ll notify you by email.



🇦🇺 Shipping Within Australia

 

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days
  • Shipping carrier: Standard shipping via trusted local carriers
  • Shipping cost: $9.95 standard or FREE on orders over $75


🌍 International Shipping

 

  • Estimated delivery time: 14–31 business days (depending on location)
  • Shipping cost: FREE Shipping
  • Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by their country.


📬 Tracking Your Order

 

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

📦 Missing or Delayed Packages

 

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your tracking link
  2. Contact the shipping carrier
  3. Reach out to us if you still need help
