Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process.
📦 Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
- If there’s a delay (e.g. due to stock or public holidays), we’ll notify you by email.
🇦🇺 Shipping Within Australia
- Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days
- Shipping carrier: Standard shipping via trusted local carriers ie: Australia Post
- Shipping cost: Flat Rate Shipping $12.95 Australia wide
🌍 International Shipping
Unfortunately we do not ship overseas 😔
📬 Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
You can also track your package anytime on our Track Your Order page.
📦 Missing or Delayed Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:
- Check your tracking link
- Contact the shipping carrier
- Reach out to us if you still need help

- We do not ship to PO Boxes
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or carrier disruptions
