📦 Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
- If there’s a delay (e.g. due to stock or public holidays), we’ll notify you by email.
🇦🇺 Shipping Within Australia
- Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days
- Shipping carrier: Standard shipping via trusted local carriers
- Shipping cost: $9.95 standard or FREE on orders over $75
🌍 International Shipping
- Estimated delivery time: 14–31 business days (depending on location)
- Shipping cost: FREE Shipping
- Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by their country.
📬 Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

📦 Missing or Delayed Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:

- Contact the shipping carrier
- Reach out to us if you still need help
