Are your candles handmade?

Yes — every Paw & Wick candle is individually hand-poured and carefully finished by hand, making each piece beautifully unique.

Will my candle look exactly like the photos?

Due to the handmade nature of our candles, slight variations in colour, finish, fragrance intensity, and embellishments may occur. No two candles are ever exactly the same.

Are your candles scented?

Most of our candles are scented, however we also offer selected unscented pieces for those sensitive to fragrances or who simply prefer fragrance-free décor.

Can I burn my candle?

Yes, however many of our candles are designed primarily as decorative statement pieces. If burning, always place on a heat-safe dish, trim the wick before lighting, and never leave unattended. Always remove any embellishments including eyes

Are your candles one of a kind?

Yes — many of our candles are individually created pieces with only one available. Once sold, the exact design may not be recreated.

Do you offer custom orders?

We may offer custom pieces depending on availability and design requests. Please contact us to discuss custom orders or special requests.

What fragrance oils do you use?

We use high-quality fragrance oils selected to complement each collection and create a beautiful sensory experience.

How long will my order take to ship?

Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched. You will receive tracking information once your parcel has been shipped.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the handmade and one-of-a-kind nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for more information
