Shipping Policy

At Paw & Wick, every candle is individually handcrafted and carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.

Processing Times

As many of our candles are handmade and one of a kind, please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched. During busy periods or new collection launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Within Australia

We currently ship Australia-wide using trusted postal carriers. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.

Free shipping may be offered on selected orders or promotional periods.

Packaging & Care

Due to the delicate nature of sculpted candles, all orders are packaged with extra care and protective materials to minimise the risk of damage during transit.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Delays & Delivery Issues

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Paw & Wick is not responsible for shipping delays caused by postal carriers, weather events, or other circumstances outside of our control.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. Paw & Wick cannot be held responsible for parcels sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
