Returns & Refunds

At Paw & Wick, each candle is individually handcrafted with care, making every piece beautifully unique. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in colour, finish, fragrance intensity, and embellishments may occur and are not considered faults.

As many of our candles are one-of-a-kind creations, we are unable to offer returns or refunds for change of mind purchases.

However, if your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

If approved, we may offer:

  • a replacement (where possible)
  • store credit
  • or a refund

Please note:

  • Items must not be used or burned before requesting a refund or replacement.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used candles cannot be returned.

We take great care in packaging each order to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.
